First, you'll need your SOT (Special Occupational Tax) to deal in NFA firearms. Getting your SOT is easy - just pay the ATF $500 by filling out ATF Form 5630.7 on Pay.gov. You'll need your FFL and an EIN. The ATF will mail you your SOT in a couple of weeks. You can find the full ATF instructions for Form 5630.7 here. Once you have your SOT, you'll need a way to capture customer fingerprints and submit ATF eForms - that's where 10Scan comes in.
